Privacy Policy

Sam's Heating and Cooling (ABN 19 447 275 204) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, suburb, and optionally your email address and a description of the job. When you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out the work, and keep in touch about that job. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How your enquiry reaches us

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Quote requests are delivered to our email inbox through Cloudflare's email service. We also keep a backup copy of each quote request for 90 days, so an enquiry isn't lost if an email goes astray. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.

Advertising and measurement

We use Google Ads to advertise and the Google tag to measure which ads lead to enquiries. The Google tag uses cookies and may record that you visited a page, tapped our phone number or sent the quote form. If you arrived from one of our ads, the phone number shown may be a Google forwarding number that connects to us, so we can tell the call came from the ad.

When you send the quote form, your email address and phone number may be shared with Google in a hashed (scrambled) form, so Google can match the enquiry to the ad you clicked. Google doesn't receive them in readable form. You can control ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com.

Access and corrections

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailinginfo@samsheatingandcooling.com or calling 0450 481 359.
