Common questions
How often should ducted heating be serviced?
Gas heaters should be serviced at least every two years, as recommended by Energy Safe Victoria. A service keeps it running safely and efficiently and helps catch problems before winter.
Which brands do you work on?
We service and repair common gas ducted heating brands, including Brivis and Braemar. Tell us the brand when you call.
My heater will not light. What should I check first?
Check the thermostat is set to heat and above room temperature, that the gas is on, and that the heater has power. If it still will not light, give us a call. Do not try to repair a gas appliance yourself.
Can you come out in winter when everyone is busy?
We do our best to get to heating breakdowns quickly. One customer had their heater fixed within 45 minutes of calling.
